1. General Terms & Acceptance

Single Account Policy

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

tk972 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific methods, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum withdrawal limits, and processing times are published in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposit Terms

  • All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Deposits are credited to the tk972 account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. For bKash and Nagad transfers, this typically occurs within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
  • tk972 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which tk972 accepts no responsibility.

  • A completed KYC identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and wager freely but will be unable to withdraw until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Currency

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the tk972 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and with the rules of fair play established in this Agreement. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions:

  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point in the registration, KYC, or payment process;

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, video, audio, and data compilations available on the tk972 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of tk972 or are used under licence from their respective owners, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Either the account holder or tk972 may initiate the closure of a tk972 account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Voluntary Closure by the Account Holder

Any account holder who wishes to close their tk972 account for any reason — including as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting the support team via live chat and submitting a closure request. Before closure is finalised, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's verified payment method. Suspension or Closure by tk972
